The staff were approachable and did their best to help with our needs.

The noise levels were unbearable, significantly disrupting our sleep. We had young boys and girls partying loudly next door, making it impossible to find peace. the rooftop hot tub was basically a public club, leaving no room for hotel guests to enjoy their stay in comfort.

Just a commendable fit for a brief pit stop in Salou with value for money. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. Consider taking public transport if the hill is too much after a long day.

Clean family room with air conditioning, and a balcony for drying beach towels. Good amenities like a minibar, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, and toiletries. The outdoor pool was nice, with a kids' pool and sun loungers available. Breakfast featured freshly prepared eggs, a variety of pastries, and fresh fruit.

Stayed in a Family Room and it was really spacious. The beds were comfy and the room was spotless every day. The fridge came in handy for snacks and drinks. Plus, the shower was great, nice and powerful. it felt very welcoming. A couple of times, though, the room got a bit too warm even with the AC on. Very pleasant stay overall.

We had such a great time at this hotel! The rooftop hot tubs were fantastic, but there weren't enough loungers, just four! The breakfast was open until 10:30 AM, which was perfect for our late mornings!
